- American Central University is an international university offering distance learning education. The United States has no Federal Ministry of Education or other centralized authority exercising single national control over postsecondary educational institutions in this country. The US assumes varying degrees of control over education, but, in general, institutions of higher education are permitted to operate with considerable independence and autonomy. As a consequence, American educational institutions can vary widely in the character and quality of their programs. The acceptance of degrees remains a matter for individual institutional decisions and policies, and so no absolute guarantees in this area can be given. Please check thoroughly before enrolling with us that your degree will meet your present and anticipated future needs. If your goal is to be employed or licensed by any organization or in any fields it is your responsibility to check with the appropriate licensing body and employers prior to enrolling to determine if the ACU degree will meet with the licensing or job requirements.
- Students who enroll at the American Central University will only be deemed to have been registered and considered as bona fide students of ACU if the following conditions are met:
- Student fees paid at the ACU affiliated centers are paid to ACU within 14 days of registration on an ACU program by the same center and a letter of acceptance has been issued directly by the ACU from USA to the enrolled student.
OR
- The students make payment to ACU through bank draft or telegraphic transfer within 14 days of their registration on an ACU program and receive an acceptance letter directly from ACU to that effect.
In order to verify their status students must fill out the Student Status Verification Form and send it to ACU. Upon receipt of reply from the University students who find that they are not registered, ACU must immediately contact the program organizer and insist their fees are transferred to ACU and await written confirmation from the University.
A student will only be considered as a registered student if his/her fees have been received by ACU and the letter of acceptance issued to that effect. ACU excludes all liability to students who are not enrolled with it and who are not issued a letter of acceptance directly by the American Central University.
